My family and I are supposed to be in Panglao today since Friday but when we arrived at the pier area for our trip on board Supercat we were turned back because no boats were allowed to travel due to Depression Basyang. As it turned out it was all sunshine in Panglao while we missed the view the second time. See here for our first trip woes.
