Next week is mid-terms. Arresting questions, Part 2 will be next Sunday. Hopefully.
But just some things to think over the next few days: it seems Pamaran and Regalado did not follow the 2000 Rules on Criminal Procedure. The last section of Rule 112 in their textbooks is Section 8.
Update as of 10:30AM today: OK, Pamaran and Regalado are right. A.M. No. 05-8-26-SC deleted Sec. 5 of Rule 112. The subsequent sections were thus renumbered down. Which means the Rules posted in the website of Lawphil, SET, and ChanRobles are not updated.
So also is the codal book 2014 Edition of the Revised Rules of Court in the Philippines by Central Bookstore.
