What is a statue of limitation? Page 39,

The Rules of Court say that the judge must propound searching questions before issuing a search warrant. What about investigating questions? Are they for investigation warrants? Page 219,

Typos Et Al

Ever since I can remember I've been noting down on the back flyleaves of books the pages containing typos, interesting turn of phrases, quaint sentences, and confusing paragraphs that I'd met. Even on books and magazines I read in libraries.

This will be a collection from law books and other materials.
