Can a land have a sibling?

It seems so on page 299 of Paras' Civil Code of the Philippines Annotated, Vol. III,2013 Edition.

Typos Et Al

Ever since I can remember I've been noting down on the back flyleaves of books the pages containing typos, interesting turn of phrases, quaint sentences, and confusing paragraphs that I'd met. Even on books and magazines I read in libraries.

This will be a collection from law books and other materials.
